When switching between LibreOffice Calc and another application, scrolling in Calc with the mousewheel often stops working – until switching back and forth again. This is a regression, the same use case used to work just fine.

Hello - this looks to be the false forum here since libreoffice-calc-6.1.3.2-lp150.2.6.2.x86_64 is a package compiled by OpenSUSE team.
Make sure that Calc is the foreground app (has the focus) and then select a cell, it should work then. What I notice is that unlike other apps calc won’t see the mouse wheel unless its the foreground ap and a cell is clicked on first. After that, if you don’t switch to another ap, the scrolling via mouse wheel works fine.
