When a Calc chart or a Draw rectangle is selected, right-clicking on them can open a Position and Size dialog. On the Slant and Corner Radius page of that dialog, the Corner Radius, Control Point 1, and Control Point 2 sections are all grayed out.
Is there a way to get the grayed out sections activated or are these bugs that should be reported (I could not find bugs reports for them).
Also, what are Control Point 1 and Control Point 2 supposed to do?

I selected a rectangle but the Corner Radius is still greyed out.
Also tried a rounded rectangle.

Depends on the kind of object. Control points are used with some AutoShape objects, like the pie or triangle object. Not sure where corner radius comes into play, I would had thought rectangle but apparently it’s not, not even with the rounded rectangle.
Your answer seems to agree that Corner Radius remains greyed out even when a rectangle is selected. So, does this mean there is a bug?

Thank you for your response. I looked at ‘that question’ and found the answer provided by Regina very helpful. Being new to LO Draw, I had not realised that there was a toolbar for Legacy Rectangles.
I think that your description “usability bug” is very apt.
