I cant open writer or anything or any documents.

this is the error:

I had the same problem as you before when using Windows Vista. If you are using the 64 bit version of LibreOffice5.1.3.2, try installing the 32 bit version. You may need to uninstall the 64 bit version first. I did this installation and now LibreOffice is working properly.

If it still doesn’t work, try installing an older version of LibreOffice and make sure Windows Vista has the latest updates installed.
