select the language to use for import in Calc

When i try to export data into an excel sheet via open Office, it is prompting me always the following option/pop-up screen "select the language to use for import ". How to disable this pop-up screen ?

When i try to open in MS Office, Data is being opened in the MS Office excel Sheet without any pop-up.

I would like to open always the excel sheet in one language with out taking an extra click on the following pop-up window.

Please help me on that !!!

No answer? This is a terrible, time-wasting “feature”! At most, it should ask once, and offer a checkbox to apply it to all future operations.
