I didn’t pay enough attention to @ThePolishJoker’s procedure. Taking a screenshot to export it to PDF is surely not the best way to do it. During my tests File>Export>Export as PDF just gave the expected result. So, it is not a “software issue” but a “newbie issue” who followed some routine necessary in other programs.
