Set Calc default page

Found similar posts to set Calc defaults. Tried editing Default Style, saved, quit, reopened to new page and they were not my settings.

Styles > Manage Styles > mouse click Default, Heading, Accent, Text etc and choose my options. Save. Didn’t work when opening new Calc page.
