set padding of textbox in pdf form

I would like to create a textbox in a pdf form, my question is similar to this one:

How can I set the padding of a form textfield to 0?

I try to create a fillable PDF form using LibreOffice Writer Version 5.4.2.2 (x64) on a Windows 7 machine. In that thread, the poster was content to simply remove the frame (the border), but I actually need that frame around the text box.

In this situation, it really makes a difference to have an option to remove padding. Actually, I am wondering why is the text box padding different when using a frame.
