The font size for the sheet tabs (screen bottom) are so small as to be illegible.

Not true. I can show you pictures if you like, one file the font is fine and I can read the tabs, another file the font is too small to read. So it’s not the OS options, it has to be something related to this one specific file that I have issues with.
