I just installed libre office 7.4 and the shift ket stopped working in the hole system. I inmediatly uninstalled office but the problem still there.
I use windows 10
If you have an extra USB keyboard, plug it in and see if the Shift key works. You may have coincidentally experienced a keyboard failure.
