Is there a way to have everything I open in Calc fill the page width by default every time?
Currently I have to go to “View”, “Zoom”, “Page Width”.
Even if there were a shortcut key, but default would be better.

You can create a shortcut key.
- Click Tools > Customise > Keyboard to open the Keybord pane.
- Under Functions where it says Type to search type
page - In the Function pane select Page Width
- In the Shortcuts Keys pane select a suitable empty shortcut such as Ctrl+Shift+W
- Click Assign. OK
If you want to remove the shortcut in the future just select it in the Shortcut Keys pane and press Delete
