I have a form, with some data shown in a Table (Table View). There doesn’t seem to be a way for me to change one fields display to show as currency (eg £14.30) rather than as Decimal (14.30), which is what the field type is in the Table.

Is there a way to change the sql to show the fields output as currency, so that it’s fed into the form as £14.30? Or some other way?

Actually the same question applies if the field was displayed in a standard Text Box. How to display Decimal values as currency?

Thanks.

Right mouse click on header of the table-control (in a form). Context menu → Replace with → Formatted Field. You could also chose Currency Field, but this field won’t show negatve values in red color. Right mouse click again. Context menu → Column → General → Formatting. Set formatting to currency by the button with 3 points […].

Excellent answer, and so quick too. Many thanks.
