If I create my own toolbar, how can I shrink the size of dropdown boxes like:
uno:StyleApply uno:CharFontName uno:FontHeight ?
They are wasting a lot of space when they are unchecked. I could use some of that space to add additional icons and avoid the expand >> arrow to show up on the right.
You can assign icons and/or custom names (short names, even one character if you want it) to the custom toolbar functions. Use the Tools - Customize feature. And you can use the built-in icons or you can import custom icons too.
@Zizi64 I did spot the rename feature, but that does not help at all when it’s about the white space area being wasted until the dropdown arrow is displayed.
