Since upgrading to 7.1.0.3, hyperlink buttons in libreoffice calc do not work

Any links I have set as buttons seem to accept the mouse click and grey out the text, but no action is performed.
Links that are text only and not buttons are working. If I hover over the button, the URL is displayed, but if I try to edit the hyperlink, the URL box is empty. If I enter a new link as a button, it does not work either. New links left as text work with no problems. I am using Mac Big Sur Version 11.2. By ‘button’ I mean that in creating the hyperlink, I change the ‘Form:’ field from “Text” to “Button”.

Both links point to a website.

Please provide a simplified sample file showing the problem (It’s unclear for me, what your understanding of “button” is, how the links look like, where they point to) and please mention your operating system in use (in case of GNU/Linux please add your distribution, version and desktop manager as well).

may be you are talking about image button form control, If yes see bug tdf#140151- Button with link does not work anymore, which should be fixed in 7.2.0, 7.1.1, 7.0.5.

Many thanks. Although I am not familiar with the technicalities, this does look like the same issue, purely from the Sample.ods provided.

This concerns all button links and not simply the image button. The daily build has it working again. This particular bug also caused other issues such as macros for sections not working.
