Slide transitions are no longer working from Cube down. I had Static transition set to begin a presentation, but that’s no longer working.
I happen to have LO versions 7,3; 24.8; and 25.2 (current newest) on my system. (I kept the older versions to see differences for a tutorial I’m working on). The transition first quit while I was using ver 25.2. One day, I accidentally opened it with ver 24.8, and the transition worked again, but then stopped later. So, I tried it with ver 7.3 and it worked again until this past weekend. I thought this was odd, but may be a useful clue.
I know this has been an ongoing problem with Impress, and the couple of bug reports I’ve seen have been labelled “Resolved.” I’m not sure if a bug report is warranted or would be helpful? Also, it seems that this may also be related to machine specs, so I’ve listed my basic specs below:
