Slideshow not working in certain resolutions

Hi all,

I’ve got a simple question with hopefully a simple solution.

On Windows 10, in Impress the full screen slideshow won’t advance to next slide, or is super slow, in my native resolution 1920x1080. Some other resolutions are similarly nonfunctional, but others work perfectly fine, such as 1280x1024 or 1600x900.

I tried:

• No other programs running
• Compatibility mode override high DPI scaling
• Compatibility mode “override full-screen optimization”

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Slide format is 4:3

Have you checked that your graphics drivers are up-to-date?
Maybe try turning off Skia, go to Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View and untick Use Skia for all rendering then see if it advances properly. Cheers, Al
