[SOLVED] Calc Not Finding All Duplicates

I have a sheet (and I tried a new blank one) that for some reason is not finding all duplicates.

New entries, some found.

1 entries added at bottom of list

Originals at top.

2 originals at top of list

Most often I have to keep redoing the conditional formatting criteria because it keeps changing the cell format. So I delete the added entries and redo the search I want, but no matter how many times I redo it, it then rechecks and finds the duplicates.

But now, it seems to not detect everything.
I have found duplicates with underscores, so can not be that. I have double checked if any formatting is in there, but on a blank sheet and pasting only values, same results.
What could I be missing?
Thank you.

If attached a sample file, maybe someone can test for what is happening.

Maybe you have a leading or trailing space? The TRIM() function can be used to remove those

Thanks but I have checked for those.

I should have done that earlier with the test document I made. I did not think of it as I was just going with my momentum to get back to it.
Funny, now I can not reproduce it. After I finished other entries to test that were detected, I just eye balled those last few entries. So I saved and closed the document (which I done several times before hand when trying to figure why they were not being detected).
After reading this request, I went to grab those entries from Notepad to put them into a test file again, but then they all got detected as dups. Hmmm, okay. I threw them back into the original. Those undetectable ones were now magically detected!

I did nothing different other than letting the file be closed for ninety minutes. I did not clear formatting or anything. It just works now.
Bloody program making me look like I imagined it all now.
No idea now. Will just mark this topic as supernaturally solved. The next time it happens, which I will be doing more in a week or so, I will upload a sample.
