[Solved] I would like to have a background colour in the LO app (not the page)

I want to change the APP background colour {Yes, English, not american }.
I am using the latest available version of LO and my computer is running Debian 12.

I have not been able to find any info about this but I do get swamped with document-background stuff.
Hope to have a resolution RSN.

Rough guide

• Menu item Tools - Options
• In left pane expand branch LibreOffice and select Application Colors
• The third item in the General category should read “Application background” or something to that effect (I am not on English user interface ATM, so have to guess ). This is the setting you are looking for.

(I inadvertently selected “Document background” and then actually engaged my brain and selected “Application background”).
ALSO, FWIW I have installed (upgraded to) the beta of 25.2 and the Application theming, both, IS there, and does work as I would hope/expect. The theme options leave a little to be desired but that is readily attended to.
