Specify line spacing after bullet list in whole document

Hi, I am wondering how to adjust line spacing after a series of bullet items :

• here’s a bulleted list
• it has one or more items

Right above this new paragaph is where I would like to insert line spacing : typically 2 mm. I can do this manually off course, but I would like this to happen throughout the document, every time I close a bulleted or numbered list.

The easiest way is to use two paragraph styles, one for the text body and the other for your lists. When setting the paragraph style used for lists, add a “space above” and a “space bellow,” but also check the option to not add those spaces between paragraphs with the same style: the way the list will be separated from the running text body without extra effort.
