Stop Wrap Text on image

I’ve anchored my image As Character. I’ve centered my image as paragraph. But text is wrapping and I don’t want it to. When I go to Format Image Properties, the options to change it are grayed out. It’s set at Optimal.

It also seems that I can’t add text below it. It’s like the page just stops even though I have it in Web View.

I think I got it. Click Image/properties/type/to character. Moved text back to bottom. I deleted all the extra spaces that I knew I shouldn’t have added, and I think I’m good. Fingers crossed.
