Struggling to create a CSV, former Excel User

I downloaded a template with a CSV extension to create a roster with approx. 20 columns. When I click on it, the text Importer pops open, all my fields are visible, but when I click “OK”, it opens but all the fields are gone.

I am using Unicode UTF-8. Default Language is English. I was hoping to upload the file, but it’s greyed out when I try to select it.

Perhaps you could provide a link to the template download location?

Make sure you have set it to import from Row 1. Also tick Evaluate formulas if it includes them

The text importer was set “From Row 36”.
