Substitute fonts, "Tools - Options - LibreOffice - Fonts" not available

I really feel stupid asking this, but the help file says use “Tools - Options - LibreOffice - Fonts” to substitute fonts.
I just installed LibreOffice 7.6 for MacOS Silicon, and my Tools menu doesn’t have an “Options” entry. Has this command moved?

Not recently, but

Thanks, Wanderer. I thought that might be the case, but looking at the (immense) preferences dialog, I didn’t realize that the “fonts” entry was the replacement table. It’s obvious now that I look at it more carefully.
