When I ran the installer, it found a couple of applications that were open and using files it needed to update. Most installers that I have used, allow me to go close those apps and continue. LibreOffice did not. I had to cancel the install, close the apps, and start over. I suggest making it work like most of the other installers.
This is a minor point, but one that will reduce annoyance for new (potential) users.
