System administrator could not install LO

I am system administrator of my computer - win 7 ultimate. Login as such; but could not install LO 4.0.1.2. Installer “asked” for administrator permission. Why ?

I don’t use Windows 7 much, but perhaps this has something to do with the level of your UAC settings?

Is there an option to right-click the LO installer file and select ‘Run as administrator’ ?
