Table string values replaced with value 0

I found this bug where table string values get replaced with value 0. I found the solution from SergioB in this question:

Table changed multiple cells to 0

A table I had finished recently has just upped and decided to change most of it’s cell values to 0. Nothing has been edited in the table, and this has happened to 4 separate tables in the same doc (all unconnected and separated by multiple pages). This solution fixed my problem, but the bug is still there after about a year of the question creation. You can’t tell normal users to change content.xml. They also won’t search for the problem in the internet. I hope that the team fixes this issue. Thanks!

I just went to Help → About LibreOffice and clicked on the copy version information button. But I didn’t include everything.
Why are the report system and the community forum so old? There are many other forum forms that are open source and free to host.
