Text as date does not worked good

I want to convert this date (Text) to Date format in Calc.
Let’s say I have in A1

22-01-2018 12:35:02

I want to convert it to YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS

I have tried other option to first see it as date by calc and then re-change
I choose custom date format: DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS but this does not help.
Still when checking cell with istext function return true

Or maybe after format cell choosing any post process is needed?

Use Data-Text To Columns with DMY column format. That tool converts data.
