I had a text box done in MS with little clocks all around the border. Now I’m looking to re-do something along the same line but use LibreOffice (on my Mac) and cannot figure out if it is even possible to do so. I can use my Windows computer and do it in Microsoft but would really prefer LibreOffice–either writer or draw. This would be a good addition if it is not possible.

… If you know what to do it is an effort of only 5 or 10 minutes to create a decorative “clock frame”.
(The line of the shape could be formatted as invisible after creating the “clock frame”.)
