Text doc Header margin .5" from the top

I’ve been looking through option boxes for a few days now and have found left and right header margins, along with spacing and height. Height is locked at .04" and only effects the bottom of the header without raising it on the page.

Is there any way to get the top of the header higher on the page without adjusting the side margins?

Nevermind, I went into whole page margins and found more mod-ability, i’m gonna .5" from top for margins and then add a .5" spacing underneath to regain start of main text at 1"
or something close to that anyway
