I need slower animation for letter by letter effect, delay between characters setting which is 10,000% is not sufficient, how can I increase it 20000% ? the number does not go above 10K

On testing I have a similar issue. I changed animation to Spin in and with a Delay between characters of 150% I got quite a sedate adding of letters.
There are some samples in tdf#119118 that work correctly, including the PowerPoint file where the letters appear. quite slowly. In fact if I increase the delay from 0.2 sec in MS PowerPoint to say 1 second, that value is respected.
