When I open a document my text shows on the far right. Have
tried every item on dashboard for weeks to no avail. Maddening.
How can I correct this? Probably simple, why didn’t I ask before?

Click on the leftmost of the three book-like icons on the right off the status bar.
Here, rightmost is enabled to request facing pages view

That worked, thank you very much. Does look like I will have to do it every time I go into a
document. But its definitely progress.
