The best places to begin learning LibreOffice?

Greetings,

Just downloaded LibreOffice, and I’m wondering where are the best places to begin learning the program in a quick, concise and streamline manner - e.g., videos, websites, etc.

Thanks very much,

Starkman

In my opinion, the answer to your question depends on your frame of reference. If you know nothing of word processing, spreadsheeting, etc., you should consider resources such as Lynda.com (recently purchased by LinkedIn), Udemy, etc. If you are a MS-Office power user, perhaps one of the very best ways to learn LO is to contribute to this board and figure out how to solve the problems of others. If you are somewhere in between the two extremes, try using a search engine and do a little research to figure out what works best for you.

Regardless of where you fall, it has always been my experience that application learning is extremely effective. Find an application or process you need and try to figure out how to create it. You will learn a lot by research accompanied by trial and error.
