The "Formatting" tool list disappeared from the top rows. Not even "View-Toolbars-Formatting" is working?

It is on LibreOffice 5.4.2.2.

Tried to Screen shot and paste here but it did not work.

Maybe you’ve move it somewhere else? Try searching and moving around all the vertical dots (for docked toolbars)

Is Formatting still listed under “Tools/Customize…/Toolbars/Target”?
