The miasma of printing comments

Comments visible on screen but cannot print (not in any of these casesin margin, at end, as pdf, normal odt print). Using 7.3 updated to 7.4 - same problem in both.
HOWEVER if I export document to WORD (!), the comments DO print!!!

The default settings is “None” for the Printing Comments feature in the LibreOffice Writer. You can choose the desired option:
