Why am I getting this error message? I’m on Windows 10.

Antivirus software?
File type?
Local or remote path for the saving?
Why is a very difficult question, as we can’t know where your Win10 is going to save “Untitled 2”.

My first step would be to find out, if there is a place, where I can save to using the Menu and “SaveAs”.

Often this could be caused by security-settings, where you have to announce Updates or new Software…

… so we learn it can never happen. ?
There are additional rules on cloud drives. Did you create the file at that time? On another device? Drive is completely synced or awaiting updates? And a lot of possible things more.

I am using Microsoft 365 instead. I got tired of trying to figure out this error. It’s too much work.
