timezone adjustments

i have a spread sheet that i need to do caluations with mutiple timezones and those time zones can and will change. master user will set master time/date/timezone and the frequently changing user will supply their time zone. how do i get the spreadsheet to grab the right cell/differental so the user will be given the right time to be availble?

I checked in the help file and help wiki and did not find anything related to timezone considerations.

I am afraid you need to enter timezone information manually and than adjust formulas depending on the timezone used.
