I had this need years ago and posted it here. The solution from the user paul1149 solved that. But I found that we can get this by simply creating a shortcut of this LO item on the taskbar. I intended to add this post here as a reply there, but the thread is closed. Hope it helps someone with the same need.

Sorry, I can’t see/find this option/icon. Is it some browser stuff, maybe? I’m using the latest Chrome version.
It may be because your a “basic user”, i.e. not enough privileges. And the site engine forbids anybody other than the owner to delete anything, even when having reached the top privilege level.
