set up capitals at every sentence.
And what is your problem? You can’t or you’d like to?
Try to have a look at Tools>AutoCorrect>AutoCorrect Options and go to Options tab.
There are various settings there. Either check or uncheck the boxes labelled -Capitalize first letter of every sentence*.
Caution! A sentence start at beginning of document and then after punctuation. If you end a paragraph without punctuation, Next paragraph will not start with a capital letter.
