They are for me.
There is just one thing that I found, which is that the hyperlink styles are divided into “Internet Link” + “Visited Internet Link”. If I used the ToC to jump around the doc then the underline changed (which is fine - that is what is supposed to happen). However, if I then exported as a PDF it showed up in the PDF with ‘Visited’ links rather than ordinary links.
Is this what’s happening with your PDFs?
Shutting down the ODT & re-starting another day reset all those styles, and I now do not jump around the live doc in Writer. Strictly it’s a Bug, if someone else wants to report it.
