Toolbars disappear

Hi.
I just installed LibreOffice 10 minutes ago and already I’m posting here…
The toolbars keep disappearing. If I add a toolbar such as Form Controls via View - Toolbars - Form Controls, the beautiful toolbar is displayed and I can dock it or move it around as I like.
To start working, you create some text or something and your toolbar is gone.
You have to turn it on again…
I tried locking toolbars (required restart of application) but this does nothing.

The whole point of a toolbar is to have your tools ready at hand so you can work and not dig through forums as I am doing now.
How do I make a toolbar visible and stay that way?

The problem seems to be with the Tabbed UI Variant. If you switch it to Sidebar via View - User Interface… - Sidebar, then your toolbars stay where you want them to be.
Now also, if you choose View - Toolbars - Lock Toolbars, it works as expected.

That is not the case with me. The toolbar remains intact.

I have the latest version from the website. Do you also have the latest?

latest version

that says nothing at all !

With me:

Version: 7.2.0.4 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 9a9c6381e3f7a62afc1329bd359cc48accb6435b
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: de-DE

How to find out the version number information for LibreOffice?

All I needed to do was look at Toolbar / User Interface, then click on standard toolbar
