Touch screen scroll (LibreOffice Calc) not working Microsoft surface pro notebook

Dear Team,

Even i test with LibreOffice development version 6.0.0.1 , the touch screen scrolling not working inside Calc Sheet .I freeze some columns and try to test it , but columns scrolling not working. Only text get selected.

Please assist . . .

Works fine for me on W9n10 with a Lenovo Yoga 910.
