Frequently when I open or create a document, I see a blue bar at the top,
Track Changes Document contains tracked changes. [Show Toolbar] X
I have to go close it. It seems like it is happening more and more often, and it’s really annoying. Please help.

If there is a way to turn this off, I haven’t been able to find it.

Edit your question to mention your OS name and LO version. Attach a screenshot with the upload button to show what kind of blue bar you see. The “Track Changes” toolbar enabled by View>Toolbars>Track Changes is located at bottom above the status bar and it has no blue background (at least with my theme). Edit>Track Changes>Show is enabled by default but this doesn’t imply that track changes is active.
