I have monthly spreadsheets, how can I copy the spreadsheets from 2022 to a new 2023 without my input data being sent 2022? do I have to go to each page or can I do it in bulk? I have monthly expenses, monthly Income, yearly totals, and other sheets. All of my formulas work great I just cant figure this out.

If you want to re-use your 2022 sheets removing data is often easier than selective copy. So I’d suggest to Copy the whole file to a new name xx2023 including all data from 2022. Now you open this file and remove your input-data from 2022 until you have a clean sheet and no input-data from 22 or 23. Save and copy this to eg xx20empty. You could also save this as a template. Now you can fill data for 2023 and next year you start again with a Copy of xx20empty. In case you tend to forget making the copy: that is the reason for templates: They open as Untitled and ask for a new name.

If data is in all sheets in the same place, you can select the sheets involved, and what you delete in one of them it’s deleted in all selected sheets.
