I am having trouble printing in color from LibreOffice to my Epson WF-3620 on Linux Mint 17.1. I saw some older questions about this, and I have checked my print properties. Grayscale is On, and Print Text in Black is unchecked. I have Word 2010 installed in Crossover, so I tried printing from a .docx file with a color picture in it, and that also came out in black and white rather than color. That makes me wonder if maybe this is a Mint problem rather than a LO problem, but I thought I’d check here first. Color PDFs print in color just fine, so currently I’m exporting any document with color in it to PDF for printing, but that’s a pain as it doubles the number of documents I’m backing up. Do you have any suggestions? This problem started recently – I used to be able to switch back and forth from color to black and white with no trouble. I keep my OS up to date. Thanks.
