And the exact error message is? What is your OS?

Sorry, I forgot to add the OS: Win 10 Pro
Tried running it from the command line as per the FAQ.
Error dialog says:
This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this a valid Windows Installer package.

Is that the same error you saw when you tried to install it without logging? (Should be the same - or possibly you made a mistake in the command line; could you please post it here verbatim as you typed it?)
Stupid me, I had a space in the command line.
Fixed that.
Re-ran with cmd as administrator.
Same original error as first posted.
