TSCP configuration

Hi Folks
View/Toolbars/TSCP Classification gives the option to security mark documents. The challenge is that the options aren’t any good. Who uses ‘non-business’ and ‘Confidential’?
Standard security classifications are ‘Unclassified’, ‘Restricted’ and ‘Secret’. There are others but these are the three I would like to replace them with.
I know it can be done but can’t figure out how.
This document - Configuration of TSCP-classification in LibreOffice - The Document Foundation Wiki - goes some way to describing it but it’s beyond me.

Can anybody help me out?

Sorted.
Change the access permissions.
You can open the file but you can’t save it. Grant access to yourself, open, edit and save as a .xml file.
