Problem started after i install theme from noobslabs and uninstall them.
Have you installed a theme using the LibO personalization, or are you talking about an Ubuntu theme? Is there a mismatch between the background theme colour and the font. For example black and black, you would not be able to see he toolbar options but they would work as normal…
