After an update to LO 7.0.2.2 on Linux KUbtunu 20.10, i am unable to use base database.
When file/new, no possibility to create a base.
At start the base option is grey.
What to do ?

It is a fairly good guess you are using a distro version of LO. Many distro versions do not include Base.
You can go to your Software Boutique (or whatever it is named on KUbuntu) and should be able to add LibreOffice Base from there.
Or you can just run the commande
sudo apt install libreoffice-base
