Unable to enter text in calc find bar

I’ve included an image showing the Find toolbar and the Customize menu for the Find toolbar. Notice that “Find” in the Find Text field is grayed out. I’m able to check and uncheck both Formatted Display and Match Case. Find and Replace works fine. I’m not sure if it’s related, but ESC does not close the Find toolbar when it’s got the focus, which it used to do.

Running LO Version: 5.4.5.1 (x64); Build ID: 79c9829dd5d8054ec39a82dc51cd9eff340dbee8; CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.1; UI render: default; Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group; with Windows 7 Enterprise, Service Pack 1.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

I cannot reproduce on the machine in front of me at the moment (MacBook OSX 10.10.5; LibO 6.0.3.2). But I notice that my “Find” toolbar’s text input field looks “greyed out”, too … until I actually double click in it, and type away. It does accept text. Does yours? (Mine closes with ESC, though.) (Nice desktop clock, btw.

May be a corrupted user profile.

By the way: “Find” in the Find Text field always appear grayed out, it’s a hint.
