Unable to install Libre office on Windows 10

Hi
I used Libre Office for few years under Windows 10 without a problem.
Suddenly all my files were locked I could not open them in Libre Office.
I just tried to upgrade to new Libre office version. It uninstalled old Libre office but I got message “cannot complete installation”.
So now I do not have any version of Libre office.
I have Windows 10 so I tried to download the new Libre Office version 86_x64
I am in big trouble now without access to my many documents and sheets…

This sounds like a windows problem. Is your disk full? Does your disk have errors? (from a cmd prompt, run chkdsk c:, or try a repair from the disk properties tools).

I was extremely happy, with Libre,until I went to print a Document about Charging Air Conditioning Units, for a Upcoming Service Call.

The only thing that printed was the Web Address for the Document.

I then tried to at least “Save the Document”, & it refused to Save.

I then went Libre for help, & the only thing that I could find that made any sense, was to “Update” Libre.

When I tried to do the New Install, My Old Folder on the Desktop was removed, with ALL of the Documents that I had printed, & then the Install for the 6.1.6 Updated version Failed.

I was also given a “Warning 1909”, & a “Internal Error 2902” , which basically told me that the Install wasn’t going to happen, towards the end of the “Installation”,yet the Wizard ran to the end.

John, did You get Your Install to finally work?
