Hello, I am on Windows 10 and the initial window that opens stays stuck in the top left of my main monitor with no option to move that I can find. Subsequent windows can be moved but the initial one is forced to stay there. Would appreciate any help ty!

Digging through some old posts I found one referring to Libreoffice unable to remember x,y pos if OS closes before it can properly which was indeed the root of my issue.
Step 1: Open ‘stuck’ window
Step 2: create new libreoffice window via window menu that is able to move then move it to another monitor (or presumably to a new spot on a single monitor setup)
Step 3: Open window settings in second moveable window and close the first ‘stuck’ one.
Step 4: Close the second window that was moved to new monitor/location (perhaps check task manager for other hidden L.O. instances just in case before closing the window with the position you want to be remembered? I did not have to do this however)
And that seems to let it remember where the window was when you launch next time! Hope this helps someone
Also, dont forget to close L.O. before you shut down your PC and youll never need to worry lol
