Unable to Open a Blank Document

1. click File
2. click New
3. click Text Document

and I get the following error message:

C:\Users\Reese\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\template\Intertek Image Record Template.ott does not exist.

How do I keep that message from reappearing?

Go to menu File->New->Templates, and choose a new default template from the existing templates (right-click one, and choose “Set As Default”). After you have chosen one, you may unset it (right-click it, and choose “Reset Default”), setting LibreOffice’s built-in default (that doesn’t depend on any template file).
